Dr. Khubab Shaker is an Assistant Professor and Chairman of the Department of Materials at National Textile University, Pakistan. He earned his doctoral degree in 2018 from the same institution, focusing on textile fabric reinforced composite materials. He further refined his expertise through postdoctoral studies at the University of Leoben, Austria, specializing in the processing of composite materials. With over 14 years of experience, Dr. Shaker has established himself as a leading expert in the processing and characterization of composite materials, including areas such as residual stresses, thermomechanical characterization, multilayer/3D woven reinforcements, auxetic materials, natural fibers, woven structures, and green composites.
