Johan Swinnen est professeur d’économie et directeur du LICOS à l’Université de Leuven (Belgique). Il est également Senior Research Fellow au Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) à Bruxelles et professeur invité à l’Université Stanford. Il est président de la « Beeronomics Society » et consultant régulier pour des organisations internationales et des gouvernements.
